Dr. Dave Osborn
Dr. Dave Osborn is the head coach at OPS. He has a Educational Doctorate in Leadership in Health and Human Performance, a Master's Degree in Applied Exercise Science and a B.S in Kinesiology. He is CSCS certified through the NSCA, a CISSN Sports Nutritionist, and a Level 1 Sports Performance coach through USAW. Dave comes from a collegiate strength and conditioning background working with multiple sports teams including rugby, soccer, football, softball, and volleyball. Dave specializes in programming for contact sports, body recomposition, and powerlifting.
